Presentations at OECD Seminar On March 2, 2018, Blagovesta Maneva-Sleyman gave two presentations and participated in panel discussions at an OECD seminar in Kiev, Ukraine: Supporting Decentralisation in Ukraine: Enhancing local civil service performance for effective public service delivery. The seminar was part of a series held within the framework of the OECD project: Supporting Decentralisation in Ukraine. It focused on supporting Ukraine’s public institutions to build stronger public employment and management capacity at national and sub-national levels, and provided a platform for Ukrainian authorities to draw on the rich and diverse experiences of OECD countries.
